Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: Near Saratoga Springs, NY
$125-170K.
Our growing financial services client is seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead enterprise technology strategy and innovation.
This executive role is responsible for shaping the organization's technology vision while ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient systems that support long-term growth and an exceptional client experience.
The CTO will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, driving digital transformation initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on cybersecurity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Ideally 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry!
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and data governance
- Experience driving digital transformation and implementing emerging technologies
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial environments
- Proven ability to manage technology budgets and align investments with strategic goals
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
