Key Responsibilities
- Strategic GTM Leadership: Develop and execute a scalable, unified growth blueprint that aligns marketing, business development, and ecosystem partnerships with long-term corporate objectives.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Identify, secure, and manage high-impact institutional partnerships and strategic alliances to accelerate platform adoption and market share.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Establish clear performance frameworks (KPIs) to analyze client acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and net revenue retention (NRR), optimizing the entire user conversion journey.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with product, operations, and corporate strategy teams to validate product-market fit for new features, pricing structures, and geographic markets.
- Team Leadership & Performance: Direct and mentor a high-performing global business development and marketing organization, cultivating an executive culture centered on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Executive Experience: 8+ years of senior executive experience in growth, business development, or corporate strategy, ideally within technology infrastructure, Fintech, or complex enterprise platforms.
- Track Record of Scale: Documented success in building and managing a robust business pipeline, taking a platform from initial market validation to sustainable, high-volume recurring revenue.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional commercial fluency with the ability to leverage data analytics, market trends, and predictive modeling to drive complex corporate decisions.
- Remote Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and coordinate highly functional cross-functional teams in a fully distributed, remote environment.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding strategic communication skills, with a polished presence capable of navigating board-level discussions and negotiating institutional agreements.
