Position Summary: Performs complex analysis regarding casino operations and marketing programs and initiatives. Play a pivotal role with assisting Marketing and Player Development on creating efficiencies and improving marketing events/promotions. Integral for working with operations departments in creating operating efficiencies and improving operating standards.

Essential Job Functions
- Performs analysis on marketing programs and initiatives as well as on all operational and labor related programs and initiatives
- Assist with HR on tracking the hiring process for efficient and effective labor standard
- Work directly with departments on ideal schedules and staffing
- Play pivotal role in monitoring and improving labor efficiencies and standards
- Assist in the development of the annual budget, marketing calendar, and the preparation of monthly financial and operational reports
- Acts as an integral part of the financial/strategic planning team by providing analytical expertise and consulting support to all departments and upper management
- Develops and implements analytical tools and processes and analyzes operational/marketing performance data to identify trends
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Advanced excel skills essential, including knowledge of pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, and building dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or Mathematics or technical field and strong analytical and communication skills required
- Two or more years' experience in gaming financial analysis and/or operations analysis and/or marketing analysis required
- Good writing and communication skills, able to comfortably communicate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to co-worker and internal clients
- Must be technically skilled and have and have experience using data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Office products including Excel, and Word, with knowledge of Access preferred. Heavy emphasis on SQL
- Must be able to quickly learn software including Tableau, Infinium, and other casino specialized programs
- Must have strong self-motivation and desire to learn and expand knowledge with little guidance
- Must be 21 years of age or older
