Technical Business / Data Analyst for our client in

Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Documentation:
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
- Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
- Document current-state and future-state workflows.
- Create, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
- Support strategic initiatives by translating high-level goals into actionable documentation and processes.
- Data Analysis & SQL Development:
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel or Tableau.
- Translate analytical findings into business insights and requirements.
- Document analytical approaches, assumptions, data sources, logic, and analytical methodologies.
- Support both technical and non-technical stakeholders in understanding data outputs.
- Align business needs with data solutions and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements and processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy programs, Medicaid, Long-Term Care (LTC), or EVV environments.
- Experience developing SOPs and operational documentation.
- Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, or ETL processes.
