Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Ballston Spa, NY, for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies, creating dynamic content, and engaging with our online audience. Additional tasks include crafting social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with team members, and ensuring our digital presence aligns with the company’s mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage a strategic social media content calendar focused on growth, engagement, and brand awareness
- Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes, agent features). Capture content in-office, at properties, and at events
- Create engaging posts for new listings, new construction communities, and company initiatives
- Identify trends and create content that aligns with what’s currently performing
- Analyze performance, test new ideas, and continuously improve content strategy
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews
- Assist in creating content for newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Use Canva, Ripl, and ChatGPT tools to generate engaging content.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in social media management or a related field.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and video filing & editing.
- Familiarity with web updates in WordPress, SEO/AEO, and analytics tools (all a PLUS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to produce creative content (text, image, video).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
