Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner to the President, helping manage priorities, initiatives, and strategic objectives.
Manage the President’s calendar to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and key initiatives.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making.
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
Develop agendas, prepare materials, and track action items to ensure accountability.
Serve as a liaison between the President and senior leadership team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, and project management.
Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
