About the Role
Join our team as a Client Service Specialist and play a vital role in delivering outstanding client experience and providing essential support to our firm's operations. This dynamic position offers the chance to engage with clients, support our team, and make a meaningful impact every day.
Salary $65,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do
· Coordinate and manage client documentation from start to finish, including gathering required forms, tracking submissions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Maintain well-organized and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulatory and firm standards.
· Deliver a high level of client service by proactively identifying needs and providing thoughtful, solutions-oriented support.
· Prepare meeting materials and reports to support advisors and enhance client interactions.
· Process and monitor requests from custodians and strategic partners with precision and timeliness.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
· Support compliance efforts by adhering to regulatory requirements and firm policies in all client-related activities.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in investment/wealth management sector, with experience supporting advisory operations
· Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM software experience.
· Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills.
· Series 65 or 66 is preferred.
· Excellent organizational skills, including managing calendars, appointments, and client records.
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking ownership of tasks with confidence.
