Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Innovation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will help manage the flow of information between clients, innovative solution providers, and internal teams. You’ll play a critical part in evaluating opportunities, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting projects that introduce emerging technologies to enterprise leaders.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the team calendar to ensure timely follow-up and smooth meeting flow
- Prepare for and attend client and internal meetings, take detailed notes, and share relevant summaries with all stakeholders
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients and technology partners
- Support multiple concurrent projects, tracking progress and deadlines
- Collaborate with internal team members to refine and improve operational processes
- Organize and analyze qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential matches between enterprises and innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Comfort working independently in a hybrid setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or innovation sector is a plus
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Proactive mindset and strong time-management skills
NOTE: This is not a hands-on engineering role - we’re looking for someone who can coordinate, advise, and connect innovations to technology leaders while supporting sales efforts. The role is primarily administrative and consultative in nature.
