HIGH VISIBILITY ROLE – OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP – Continuous Improvement
The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by a top Global Manufacturing client that is looking to identify a Senior Plant Manager to step in and lead a dynamic site within a high growth vertical of our client’s global business.
Reporting into a Division COO this role will drive strategic growth initiatives in a high-impact, high-visibility side of their business. We need someone with strengths in:
- Operations Leadership & Plant Management
- Continuous Improvement / Lean Transformation
- Supply Chain Optimization
- Team Building and People Development

Desired Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Technical Discipline is a plus)
· 5+ Years of Experience with Manufacturing Operations
· Continuous Improvement / Lean Transformation Experience
· Strong Leadership Skills with Ability to take Ownership & Drive Change
