What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Support clients remotely or onsite with a smile and a customer-first attitude.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to ensure smooth system operations.
- Utilize critical thinking and established procedures to resolve client needs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Document all support interactions for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of technical support experience (preferably in an MSP environment).
- Experience troubleshooting M365, Windows operating systems, and network issues.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
