Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Support clients remotely or onsite with a smile and a customer-first attitude. Collaborate with fellow engineers to ensure smooth system operations. Utilize critical thinking and established procedures to resolve client needs. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems. Document all support interactions for transparency and knowledge sharing. Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies. What You Bring: 1-3 years of technical support experience (preferably in an MSP environment). Experience troubleshooting M365, Windows operating systems, and network issues. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
