This RN position supports Pediatric Pulmonology and other specialties in outpatient care.
- Provides direct patient care, including vital signs, history-taking, assessments, and treatments.
- Assists with procedures and manages test results, patient requests, and medication renewals.
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient outcomes and quality metrics.
- Delegates tasks to LPNs or MAs as appropriate.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Participates in staff orientation and ongoing education.
- Educates patients on health and wellness topics.
- Requires an associate's degree in nursing, current RN license, CPR certification, and preferably pediatric or ambulatory experience.
- Strong communication, computer, and medication administration skills are essential.
