Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Architectural Designer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Master site planning and space organization, along with expertise in interior design.
- Design compelling exterior building facades and ensure functional layouts.
- Ensure compliance with New York Building Codes and ADA regulations throughout the design and construction phases.
- Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and relevant agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate efforts with the consultant team to ensure cohesive project execution.
Qualifications:
- An architecture degree is required.
- 3+ years of commercial architecture and design experience is a must.
- Must be willing to pursue an architectural license.
- Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop is required.
- Strong design/creative abilities are essential.
