sAbout the Rol
eWe are seeking a Business Analyst with UI/UX experience to support the delivery of user-centric software solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and ensure successful project delivery throughout the SDLC
.Key Responsibilitie
- sGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements
- .Assess and validate UI/UX enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and business needs
- .Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the Agile or Waterfall software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- .Develop and maintain clear functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and supporting artifacts for development, testing, and deployment
- .Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and other technical resources
- .Support requirement validation, change management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed
.Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- .Minimum of 3 years of Business Analyst experience within a software development environment
- .At least 1 year of experience supporting UX initiatives as a Business Analyst, or a UI/UX design background combined with 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
- .Hands-on experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- .Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- .Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred but not required
