Description
- Participate in meetings to elicit, document and validate business requirements
- Develop to-be process flows
- Collaborate and serve as a liaison between ITS, OCFS Program, BSSI and Finance staff
- Assist with system testing, including the development, validation, and execution of test plans
Mandatory Qualifications 1 60 months of experience analyzing and evaluating business processes and identify areas for improvement. 2 60 months of experience eliciting, documenting and validating business requirements. 3 60 months of experience presenting complex technical information to non-technical program area staff. 4 60 months of experience conducting or overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT.) 5 60 months of experience working in a Health and Human Services (HHS) Information System or a Child Welfare Information System. 6 60 months of experience working with an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) in a state where health and human services are state-supervised, locally administered. 7 60 months of experience working with a financial management system. 8 Bachelor's Degree 9 Business Analyst Certification (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, etc.)
