YOUR IMPACT
You are looking to join a fast-paced, dynamic team that has broad connectivity across the firm. You will collaborate with teams across Client Asset & Wealth Management to administer charitable giving in Client Donor Advised Philanthropy Fund for Wealth Management Inc (Client DAF). You have a strong desire to learn about the processes and controls around 501(c)(3) public charities. Through your strong attention to detail, you will assist in the administration of Client DAF, handling a high volume of a wide variety of tasks.
OUR IMPACT
Ayco Charitable Services Group (ACSG) is a multi-faceted and cross divisional team within Operations which administers the Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) Ayco Charitable Foundation (ACF), Client Donor Advised Philanthropy Fund for Wealth Management Inc (Client DAF), and Client Gives (GSG). ACSG collaborates with Private Wealth Advisor teams and clients to effectuate the clients' granting goals, Engineering to uplift the client experience and Trading to establish plans for investments to maximize client impact. As the DAFs are 501(c)(3) public charities, ACSG is also responsible for producing regulatory reporting on the DAFs granting history in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Controllers and external Auditors. Our team also works actively with the charities who are being granted to in order to confirm they are in good standing with the IRS and gather additional documentation as necessary.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Check Handling: Process incoming and outgoing checks with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness, including logging, tracking, validating payee information, coordinating approvals, and supporting reconciliation of check-related activity in accordance with internal controls and established procedures.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, update, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports in Excel to support team operations, management review, and audit readiness. Ensure data is complete, organized, and accurate, and assist with tracking key operational metrics, volumes, and outstanding items.
Account Maintenance: Perform record updates across donor-advised fund records and related administrative systems, including updating account information, documenting changes, and ensuring records remain accurate, current, and aligned with internal policies.
Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, reduce manual effort, and strengthen consistency in execution. Contribute to process enhancements by suggesting practical improvements to tracking, reporting, templates, and team procedures.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate professionally with stakeholders to resolve administrative items, gather missing information, and support smooth execution of operational tasks across teams involved in charitable grant making

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-3 years of professional experience with a preference towards experience with Donor Advised Funds, or other charitable organizations
• BA/BS degree
