Marcella’s Appliance Center is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional to join our Albany Showroom team located at 158 Railroad Ave., Albany, NY 12205. This role is responsible for providing exceptional front-desk reception and administrative support while delivering outstanding service to customers and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. Exceptional phone, communication and clerical skills required. Experience preferred. 5 day/40 hour work week (Saturday's required).
Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls from customers
· Coordinate & communicate with customers and staff
· Assist Store Manager. Provide Clerical and General office functions
· Maintain files and records of customer requests work or services
· Interact with customers and coworkers in an upbeat, friendly manner and present a professional appearance
· Work independently to resolve customer service issues
Requirements:
· Strong Customer Service skills and experience
· Relevant experience in answering phones
· Experience in a fast-paced environment
· Strong clerical skills and basic computer knowledge and skills
· Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, time management
· Ability to diffuse and/or decelerate problem calls
· Ability to work independently and multi-task as required
· Must have a friendly, helpful demeanor and clean, professional appearance
· Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
· High School Diploma or equivalent
Compensation and Benefits:
