Caregiver Job Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care to clients as a caregiver, PCA, or HHA
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Complete daily documentation and follow care plans
- Follow all safety and HIPAA guidelines
Caregiver Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting
- Must be reliable and punctual
- No experience required – paid caregiver training provided
- PCA or HHA certification is a plus (not required)
- Must be a US Citizen
