Title: TCGM Technician

Location: Malta, NY

Pay rate: $21/hr on w2

Duration: 12+ Months

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 12 hours shift

Job Summary

The TGCM Operations team manages the safe, reliable, and cost-effective supply of gases and chemicals for semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves operating and maintaining gas and chemical systems to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 production support.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain gas and chemical delivery systems
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and daily system checks
Monitor gas/chemical systems, safety equipment, and complete cylinder/tote change-outs
Handle bulk gas and chemical transfers and deliveries
Respond to issues, escalate when needed, and support emergency response activities
Follow all safety, HS&E, and operational procedures
Assist in training team members and contractors
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and inventory tracking
Perform basic analytical/sampling tasks

Hazardous Waste Duties (if Applicable)

Manage proper storage, handling, labeling, and shipment of hazardous waste
Follow spill response and waste handling procedures
Support waste minimization and compliance with regulations

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or 5+ years of relevant experience
1+ year of related experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Basic electro-mechanical aptitude
Ability to handle emergency situations and train junior staff
