Are you organized, detail-oriented, and excited to see a project come to life from design to final install?
We are a fast-growing residential kitchen remodeling company looking for an Entry-Level Project Manager to help bring our sold projects to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with homeowners, installers, and vendors to ensure kitchens are completed accurately, efficiently, and beautifully.

What You’ll Do
- Take detailed field measurements of residential kitchens
- Create and compile accurate project layouts and blueprints
- Order cabinetry, countertops, and related materials
- Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules
- Manage and communicate with subcontractor install crews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation
- Proactively solve problems and prevent delays
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards
You’ll own your projects from post-sale handoff through final completion.

✔ Strong communication skills — comfortable with homeowners and trades
✔ Comfortable reading floor plans or willing to learn quickly
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management software
✔ Able to manage multiple projects at once
✔ Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus (Not Required)
- Construction or remodeling experience
- Experience reading blueprints
- Experience coordinating subcontractors
