Position Overview:
The Integrations Specialist supports Riverview Landscapes’ acquisition growth by leading contract review, Aspire setup, service alignment, and training activities for newly acquired businesses. This role ensures contracts are accurately understood, properly configured, and operationally executable within Riverview systems.
The Integrations Specialist works directly with sellers, new branch teams, and internal partners to ensure accurate transfer of information, consistent system setup, and adoption of Riverview standard work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer contracts from newly acquired businesses
- Set up acquired contracts in Aspire (Landscaping Software platform) with accurate pricing and billing
- Align services to Riverview standards where possible
- Perform over/under analysis
- Coordinate with Accounting and A/R
- Train new branch teams on Aspire and standard work
- Document standard work and processes
- Special projects
- Commitment to the Riverview Business System: All roles support continuous improvement through Lean principles, standard work, and waste reduction in daily operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience using Aspire Landscaping software
- 2+ years of experience in landscaping, field services, or operational systems
- Proven experience training users on Aspire software, including workflows, standard work, and best practices
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Willing and able to travel within the Riverview Landscapes service area approximately six times per year
- Candidates must reside within the Riverview Landscapes service area including NY, NJ, CT & MA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
