We are looking for a talented, experienced plumbers to join our high speed team. The ideal candidate will have extensive plumbing, heating and problem-solving experience, as well as the ability to manage teams and tasks. Our traditional day to day is anything but repetitive, with work in both commercial and residential settings, repairs and maintenance and new construction. One day you will be in village centers, and the next in the woods. Join the team that feels more like a family. - Knowledge pertaining to and ability to use plumbing, pipe fitting, water treatment systems, household plumbing system, drain and septic components, heating and boiler equipment.
- Ability to work alone or with teams.
- Experience and ability managing crews, understanding various workflow processes.
- Ability to coordinate and work with other trades, general contractors, engineers and crew members to perform tasks.
- Manage work schedule, team logistics and material deliveries
- Exercise good judgment and safe practices while avoiding hazards.
- Work quickly, but carefully, to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Be a good team player
- Experience Installing plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms new construction projects, well pumps, water treatment, heating systems and split units.
