Schedule Dispatcher (Part-Time / Full-Time – Morning Availability Required)
Location: Chicopee, MA
Pay: $21/hour + biweekly performance-based bonus
Schedule Options:
- Part-Time: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Full-Time: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Days: Monday–Friday, with every other weekend required (one part-time shift)
About the Role
The Schedule Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of daily operations. In this position, you will oversee the confirmation, coordination, and dispatching of appointments for a team of up to 30 Design Consultants.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. You will work closely with the Call Center to align scheduling needs, monitor trends, and maintain accurate, up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule for up to 30 Design Consultants
- Confirm, assign, and dispatch appointments accurately and efficiently
- Communicate in real time with the Call Center regarding scheduling needs, availability updates, conflicts, and trends
- Identify scheduling issues proactively and resolve them promptly
- Monitor appointment flow and ensure efficient routing
- Provide internal teams with schedule visibility, updates, and reporting as needed
- Maintain a positive, solutions-focused, and professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred
- Previous call center or dispatching experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable morning availability (required)
