Job Overview
Iron Skillet Seasonings LLC is seeking hardworking and dependable Loaders/Unloaders to support our warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for safely loading and unloading products to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods throughout our facility.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles
- Move, stack, and organize products in designated areas
- Inspect items for damage and report any issues
- Assist with inventory handling and basic counts
- Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Duties
- Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other basic warehouse equipment
- Assist with packing, staging, and preparing shipments
- Work closely with warehouse and shipping teams
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
