Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders, and preparing shipments to ensure customers receive the correct items on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products according to order lists and packing slips
Pack seasoning products securely for shipment
Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipping
Inspect items for quality and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory counts and restocking when needed
Follow company safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

No formal education required
Previous picking or packing experience is a plus but not required
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable and able to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and follow procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.80 - $22.80 per hour
