Provides first-level technical support to end users in a Microsoft-based environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), Active Directory account management (password resets, user access), basic network connectivity issues, and hardware/software support. Escalates unresolved issues to higher-level support, documents incidents, and delivers excellent customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution.
This is a contract position, based onsite in Greenfield MA. M-F (PART TIME)
