Stiebel Eltron is a family-owned international manufacturing company specializing in energy efficient products. We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, career minded individual to join our tankless water heater team. This is a full-time position including benefits.
You will provide technical assistance and support to new and existing customers as well as overall customer service. Support may include problem solving product malfunctions, parts failures, and installation guidance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Fast and accurate data entry and computer skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, detail and accuracy oriented
- Customer service experience
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience in plumbing and water heating is desired, but not required
Primary Duties:
- Provide technical support over the phone and via email. You will be communicating with plumbers, electricians, and homeowners to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products.
- Work together with other Technical Support Specialists to find solutions for more complex issues.
- Detailed entry order of inside sales and warranty orders utilizing our CRM program. This includes verifying shipping and/or billing addresses, contact information, and payment method.
- Document, track and manage all support requests and actions
- Answer general questions on products and sizing
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
