Overview
We are expanding our team and currently have a skilled maintenance position available for the individual who has at least two years of experience in property maintenance and or general construction. This position will support the Maintenance Team in day to day operations and work directly on property sites to maintain and improve our properties. Duties will include a range from ground to building maintenance.

Wage:
Hourly rate plus stipend for on call hours and overtime

- On call

- Weekends as needed

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
