Job Summary
Live Well Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of caregiver-focused professionals in White River Junction, VT. As a Caregiver with Live Well, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, focusing on physical, emotional, and mental well-being
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with medication reminders and management
Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
Engage clients in activities and provide companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being
Maintain accurate records of care and services provided
Work closely with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
0 years of experience as a Caregiver (training provided)
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (optional)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
