Mandatory Qualifications
- 4–7 years as a Specialist as BI experience
- 4–7 years of hands-on Power BI and Tableau experience in developing reports, dashboards, and data models
- Proven track record of transforming raw data into clear, actionable visual insights for stakeholders
Additional Requirements
- 4–7 years of proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, Power Query, and data extraction
- 4–7 years of experience with DAX and complex calculations in Power BI
- 4–7 years of background in data modeling and relational database design
- 4–7 years of understanding of data warehouse concepts and enterprise reporting strategies
- Strong analytical skills for identifying patterns and anomalies in large datasets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when presenting to leadership or cross-agency teams
- Experience in the public sector or inter-agency collaborative environments preferred
