Description
Provide for IT support for the Health Commerce System (HCS) supporting users with authentication and login issues. They will prepare documentation and conduct formal/informal training sessions to effectively transfer knowledge. These are critical to keep running the MAPP, MDDS, and UASNY application integration with the HCS.
Duties
- Perform Tier 2 Level support for Health Commece System (HCS).
- Log and track support tickets.
- Create, review, and updated user support documentation.
- Provide quality assurance testing for core HCS applications used by HCS users.
- Assist in training and support efforts.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience (12+ Years)
- Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Requirements
- This is an 100% Onsite.
- 84 Months experience on Helpdesk duties, taking calls and dealing with customers and taking Level 2 application related tickets.
- 36 Months experience of reviewing and enforcement of Security compliance policy and procedure.
- 36 months experience documenting/writing training materials.
- 36 Months developing and delivering employee training materials.
- 36 Months experience troubleshooting access issues/permissions, individual accounts, hardware, and applications.
- 36 months experience lifting up to 25 lbs. of equipment and running cable over and under furniture.
- 36 Months experience using Ticket tracking systems (ITSM, Redmine, or equivalent).
