Workday Overview
Your day begins at our production facility, where tasks will vary depending on the current production priorities. You may be hand-trimming cannabis, manufacturing pre-rolls, packaging products, labeling packaging, performing quality control checks on various products, counting orders for dispatch, or inventory management for compliance. Schedules and production needs can shift quickly, so adaptability and teamwork are crucial. Throughout the day, you’ll be in close communication with the production manager and sales team to ensure everything leaving our facility is accurate, compliant, and ready for success on the retail shelf.
Responsibilities
- Hand-trim cannabis flower with care and consistency
- Manufacture pre-rolls to precise specifications
- Weigh and jar cannabis flower with high accuracy
- Inspect (QC) all finished pre-rolls for uniformity and quality
- Label products and apply batch-specific tracking information correctly
- Count and verify unit quantities for outgoing deliveries
- Keep up-to-date records of production tasks and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment
- Adapt to evolving production needs and daily workflow changes, know that hours can be longer if delivery needs require
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the production team
- Be ready to pivot and help in different areas as needed throughout the day
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during production
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
- Manual dexterity for handling small components with precision
- Comfortable working in a repetitive, focused environment
- Ability to wear PPE (gloves, masks, etc.) for extended durations
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous cannabis handling or production experience preferred, but not required
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and daily changes with a flexible mindset
- Positive attitude and strong team orientation
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a regulated environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $18.75 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
