- Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
- Qualifications include a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 2-3 years ICU experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement knowledge are essential.
