Description
This project will work with HRA to move all of their mainframe service calls from openTI to the gateway services. HRA consumes WMS data thru services that currently use OPENTI which is an older technology that is no longer being updated. The goal is to move all their service calls from OPENTI over to view gateway. The current structure can not support any new program changes. Gateway services is a needed update for these processes. View Gateway Services is a project that will work with HRA to move all of their mainframe service calls from openTI to the gateway services. Increased monitoring and stability upgrades for the application as it is used by multiple high profile programs/applications (myW, CBIC, ...) to interface with. mainframe WMS. 176 HRA services that need to be moved. to acomplish this we will need Structured / formal schedule and progress tracking of migrating the remaining OpenTI components over to the ViewGateway
Duties
- Perform Business Process Analysis Documentation.
- Interpret requirements, seek clarification as needed and estimate, propose, document and monitor solutions that integrate within the existing technology stack where required.
- Perform test plans documentation.
- Guide brain-storming sessions, work with focus groups, manage project scheduling and co-ordinate with the ITS and HRA project team.
- Assist with monitoring activities including the creation, update, and maintanance of project dashboards.
- Provide mentoring to State staff and other contract resources in all tools as required
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience (12+ Years)
- Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Requirements
- This is an 100% Onsite.
- A bachelor’s degree
- 84 months experience writing, analyzing detailed business requirement documents and use cases.
- 84 months experience creating use case diagrams and activity diagrams using UML techniques and Microsoft Visio.
- 84 months experience creating project work break down schedule.
- 84 months experience organizing Joint Application Development sessions, presenting system documents to developers and users.
- 84 months experience in testing software modules using Testing software for logging defects and working with users for user acceptance testing, writing test plan, test cases and test scenarios.
- 84 months experience working independently and providing direction and training to other members of the team.
- 24 months working within social service projects directed at low income individuals.
