Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Appointment Scheduler, located in the Albany, New York Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, providing excellent customer service, handling phone communications with professionalism, and supporting the sales team by scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately.

- Sales-related skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
