As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to help support our busy executive and project teams remotely.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Handle data entry, document preparation, and digital file organization
- Assist with client communications, proposals, and project updates
- Help manage CRM databases and track project milestones and deadlines
- Prepare internal reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up summaries
- Support the accounting and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate meetings, virtual events, and team communications
- Conduct light research to support project planning and operations
You’re a Strong Match If You Have
- 2–4 years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com (preferred)
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with construction industry practices or professional services support (a plus, but not required)
