Role Summary: This position is for a dedicated Registered Nurse responsible for managing and delivering patient care within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to the scope of practice outlined in the New York State Nurse Practice Act. The RN provides direct patient care, delegates responsibilities appropriately, and acts as a team leader to achieve desired patient outcomes based on assessments and care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform ongoing assessments and adjust care as needed
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license in NY
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; completion required within 5 years if not already obtained
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare reporting standards
- Ability to recognize and respond to patient care emergencies
