- 60 months of experience analyzing and evaluating business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- 60 months of experience eliciting, documenting and validating business requirements.
- 60 months of experience presenting complex technical information to non technical program area staff.
- 60 months of experience conducting or overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT.)
- 60 months of experience working in a Health and Human Services (HHS) Information System or a Child Welfare Information System.
