This role is for a skilled videographer to capture a live concert and behind-the-scenes moments for a documentary about a reggae artist. The project requires on-site filming in Albany, New York, for a single day. The focus will be on dynamic, documentary-style footage, including handheld camera work for interviews and candid moments with the band. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of similar projects, demonstrating expertise in capturing live music events and authentic backstage interactions.
Deliverables
- Film the entire concert, including on-stage performances and audience reactions
- Capture backstage footage, artist interactions, and candid moments throughout the event
- Conduct and record handheld interviews with the artist and band members
- Provide high-quality raw footage and, if possible, basic edits for review
- Ensure all footage is delivered promptly after the event
Requirements
- Proven experience in documentary-style videography, especially live music events
