The selected candidate will create and maintain business process documentation, facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and develop Business Process Guides (BPGs) for complex operational and technical processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Business Process Guides (BPGs) using standardized templates.
- Analyze existing process documentation and workflows.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and information gathering sessions.
- Facilitate meetings with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
- Create process flow diagrams using Visio.
- Develop documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Track project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
- Prepare status reports and project updates.
- Review and update documentation based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of technical writing experience supporting software, business processes, or IT operations.
- 4+ years organizing and documenting complex technical information.
- 4+ years conducting research, document analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
- 5+ years using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Visio.
- 3+ years of documentation management and process mapping.
- 3+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years reviewing, testing, and improving documentation.
- 3+ years creating technical summaries and status reports.
