Production Millworkers serve a crucial role in crafting and manufacturing high-quality wooden components for various architectural and cabinetry projects. Their work contributes to the creation of functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for clients. The role requires a keen eye for detail, precision craftsmanship, and a passion for working with wood and other required materials.
Primary responsibilities include:
Woodworking: Craft and assemble wooden components such as cabinets, doors, furniture, and architectural details according to project specifications.
Materials Selection: Choose appropriate wood materials, veneers, and hardware for each project, considering durability, aesthetics, and budget constraints.
Machine Operation: Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and equipment safely and efficiently to shape, cut, and join wood.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, including the safe operation of machines, tools and equipment, and report any safety issues or concerns.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, fumes, and loud noises. Employees are always required to wear P.P.E. while on the manufacturing floor.
