Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workplace Consultant, based in the Albany, New York Metropolitan Area. The Workplace Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize office spaces. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, recommending furniture and design solutions, managing project workflows, and coordinating implementation. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with space planning, furniture layouts, and workplace design
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Sales and customer service experience to effectively address client needs
- Ability to assess client requirements and develop cost-effective, practical solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
