Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Are you someone who loves keeping things organized and enjoys helping others succeed? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and be the supportive backbone of our daily operations.

About the Role:

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the go-to person who keeps our office running smoothly. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for everyone—from team members to visitors. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from managing schedules and answering calls to organizing documents and supporting special projects.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet visitors and answer phone calls with warmth and professionalism

- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings to keep everyone on track

- Handle correspondence, emails, and other communication with care

- Organize files, documents, and office supplies efficiently

- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials

- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and special events

- Take on tasks that help create a smooth, productive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

- A friendly, approachable personality with a can-do attitude

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment

- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus, but a positive mindset and willingness to learn are most important
