Description
The approved candidate will:
- Participate in Joint Application Development session to assist in the formulation of Use Case analysis deliverables.
- Interpret Use Case requirements, seek clarification from Business Analysts as needed and estimate, propose, prototype and develop a solution that integrates within the existing ASSETS technology stack and framework.
- Provide J2EE, JBoss Enterprise Application Server, SOA web services, Oracle, Client Mainframe Transaction Management (DTPRA) application development expertise and mentoring to State staff and other contract resources as required.
- Provide work breakdown structures to articulate tasks, level of effort and dependencies between tasks and report progress.
- Provide troubleshooting and end-user support/problem resolution when necessary.
- Provide technical documentation, solution prototypes, conduct demonstrations of work in progress and completed work to business subject matter experts and other technical staff as requested/required.
Mandatory Qualifications 1 84 months of experience developing Java-based enterprise applications, contributing to government systems, handling data access, business logic, data manipulation, and end-to-end feature development. 2 84 months of experience integrating Hibernate ORM with Java applications, resolving complex Hibernate 6 migration issues such as entity mapping errors, DTO mismatches, inheritance conflicts, and null data handling across multiple enterprise modules. 3 84 months of experience designing enterprise solutions using Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB 3.x), implementing Stateless and Stateful Session Beans and leveraging container-managed transactions for scalable and reliable backend processing. 4 84 months of experience working with complex database systems, including schema alignment, ensuring data consistency, proper transaction handling, and maintaining reliable data flow across enterprise applications. 5 84 months of experience designing and enhancing enterprise search and processing modules, including multi-criteria search functionality, server-side pagination, Excel export, notes management, and document retrieval capabilities. 6 84 months of experience developing Java applications integrating with legacy mainframe systems using Client DTPRA, supporting secure data exchange, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring reliable system-to-system communication. 7 84 months of experience configuring and managing builds using Apache Maven, including dependency management, plugin configuration, and build lifecycle customization for enterprise applications. 8 84 months of experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests using JUnit, improving test coverage, maintaining regression stability, and supporting framework upgrades. 9 84 months of experience in providing post-production support, including resolving critical application issues, debugging production defects, and ensuring system stability and continuity across enterprise modules. 10 36 months of experience working in government-based enterprise application environments, supporting public sector systems with secure data processing, compliance-driven workflows, and integration across multiple legacy and modern platforms
