Transportation Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Salary $80,000 – $85,000 + Bonus + Great Benefits in the NE
We’re recruiting for a strong, safety‑focused Transportation Supervisor to lead our 2nd‑shift operations. If you enjoy working with drivers, managing routing and schedules, and ensuring DOT compliance, this could be a great fit!
Your Key Responsibilities as the Transportation Supervisor:
- Ensure DOT compliance (top priority)
- Promote driver safety and safe driving practices
- Oversee driver scheduling and routing
- Support and drive continuous improvement for driver performance
- Work closely with dispatch to keep operations running smoothly.
Minimum requirements for this Transportation Supervisor:
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
- Experience with driver safety programs
- Background in routing and scheduling
- Ability to lead, coach, and improve driver performance
- Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel
- ELD systems (Electronic Logging Devices / asset tracking programs)
- Ability & willingness to work 2nd shift for the foreseeable future
- Having a CDL is awesome but not required.
