Role Description
- Manage projects and coordinate tasks with staff.
- Work in collaboration with other consultants, regulatory agencies, and clients on a wide array of project tasks.
- Manage, prepare, and oversee design documents, conceptual and schematic designs, design development documents, construction documents, technical specifications, reports, presentation, and supporting graphic materials;
- Participate as a team to complete projects on time and budget.
Qualifications
- 3-6 Years of experience, registered LA a plus,
- Ability to work independently as well as to interact effectively with clients, project teams, colleagues, and coworkers,
- Creative thinking, self-starter, team player, strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Lumion experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
