Parts Manager – Chevrolet Dealership | Established Team | Leadership Opportunity
Central Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department as our current manager retires after an incredible 35-year career with the dealership.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-run, established department with an experienced team already in place. Our parts department currently includes 4 counter professionals, 4 delivery drivers, and 1 shipping/receiving specialist, all supporting a busy service department and growing wholesale business.
We are looking for a strong leader who can build on the foundation that has been created while continuing to improve operations, support technicians, and grow parts sales.
What You'll Lead
- A well-established parts department with an experienced team

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control
- Support service technicians with fast and accurate parts availability
- Maintain and grow wholesale parts relationships
- Monitor department profitability, gross margins, and expenses
- Train and mentor parts department staff
- Ensure compliance with GM parts programs
- Oversee receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive parts department experience
- Previous parts management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dealership inventory control
- Experience with dealership management systems
- GM dealership experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
