Job Post: Spa Coordinator

Now hiring a Spa Coordinator to support our busy medical aesthetic spa. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
Greet clients professionally and warmly
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Check clients in and out and process payments
Support scheduling efficiency and provider coordination
Communicate service details and answer client questions
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements
Strong customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
Experience with scheduling software preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
