AllPro Restoration & Janitorial is a locally owned, family-operated company providing professional water, fire, mold, duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and janitorial services throughout the region. We are growing and looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our restoration division.
We are seeking a full-time Carpet Cleaner / Duct Cleaner / Restoration Technician to perform residential and commercial cleaning and mitigation services. This is a hands-on, field-based position requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning (truck-mount & portable equipment)
- Air duct and dryer vent cleaning
- Water damage mitigation (extraction, drying equipment setup)
- Mold remediation assistance (containment setup, HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial application)
- Demolition and removal of affected building materials
- Equipment setup and breakdown (air movers, LGR dehumidifiers, scrubbers)
- Maintain clean trucks and equipment
- Provide professional customer interaction on job sites
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in basements, attics, crawlspaces
- Restoration or cleaning experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and reliability are a must

Schedule
- Monday–Friday (with occasional emergency on-call rotation)
- 40+ hours per week
