Compensation for this role is $60,000-$80,000/year depending on skill set and level of experience.
Role Description
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless collaboration, proactively identifying and addressing any gaps in processes, communication, or resource needs to drive effective teamwork and optimize sales workflows.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the GTM process and CRM based on data driven insights.
- Curate all sales process docs, in partnership with the Director of Revenue Operations, to ensure the team adheres to best practices and to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales operations processes.
- Assist in oversight of pricing and quoting to ensure established policies, procedures and approvals are adhered to.
- Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service and support thought the sales process.
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations and Director of Sales to create and maintain sales dashboards to track performance and communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
- Act the primary sales liaison for demand planning (SIOP), ensuring that all forecast data is provided to the team ahead of each meeting, proactively identifying inventory gaps or concerns, and contributing key information on fulfillment obligations.
- Review and research order issues including shipment status and invoice discrepancies and resolve with appropriate teams.
- Support sales representatives with processing requests and orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide assistance with requests, training and onboarding new sales and refresher training for existing sales
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, customers, partners and cross functional teams such as finance & accounting, product management, marketing, operations and logistics.
- Present ideas and recommendations, and continuously look for ways to improve sales and sales operations processes
- Support other sales efforts as assigned
