We are seeking a results-driven and experienced National Sales Manager to join us at our Albany, NY headquarters. This is a fully in-office leadership role with high visibility and strategic impact.
Position Overview
The National Sales Manager will oversee and execute Integra Energy’s national sales strategy. You’ll lead our sales team from our home office in Albany, managing key accounts across the country and expanding our footprint in target markets such as commercial real estate, automotive, utilities, and government sectors.
This is a senior-level opportunity for a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is ready to take full ownership of national sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the national sales team from the Albany office, including regional sales staff and account executives.
- Develop and implement a robust national sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and close enterprise-level deals with strategic customers across industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and major clients nationwide.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to the executive team.
- Analyze national market trends and competition to inform strategic decisions.
- Set Goals and Develop Strategies: Establish sales quotas, create sales plans, and develop effective strategies to meet company objectives.
- Ensure all sales operations align with Integra Energy’s commitment to service excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ experience in a national or regional sales leadership role
- Demonstrated success in scaling and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Industry experience in EV, energy, automotive, or technology is strongly preferred.
- Strong strategic planning, pipeline management, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally as needed (up to 30%)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required.
